Consultation with schools, agencies, community groups and individuals is available.

In addition to topics described in the "Presentations" section, consultation is available on a non-conflictual model for interactions in agencies, families, and therapy.

This model begins with the working hypothesis that all individuals have manager parts, vulnerable parts, and protective parts that get activated in times of stress and trauma and in the course of development.

The difficulty comes when these parts split off or become extreme. The Self, the part of ourselves that is at the Center of our experience, brings an energy that is calm, compassionate, and curious.

The goal or direction of the work is to find ways of accessing the Self and staying connected to the Self in situations of high stress and conflict.
